A scarf is a textile, not a print. Marty & Pat’s frames scarves with careful hand pinning so the cloth hangs even, the pattern stays true, and the silk or wool is not glued to a board. Custom acrylic is available when a piece needs a clearer, lighter face than glass.
The same bench handles related textile and object work — jerseys, flags, and other fabric pieces that need space and support. Conservation-quality materials keep dyes and fibers from sitting against acidic mounts.
The shop has been locally owned on Camp Bowie, in Fort Worth’s Bricks culture hub, since 1986. If you are coming from West 7th, the Cultural District, or farther west toward Ridglea and Tanglewood, weekday walk-ins are the usual path.
Call (817) 738-7328 or visit 5025 Camp Bowie Boulevard, Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Bring the scarf folded or on a hanger; the staff will pin a layout with you before the frame is built.
